7-week Chakra Sound Workshop

June 5th 2013, Wednesday Evenings at 6pm 

Join us once a week as we explore the 7 main chakras and gain awareness and release patterns that you are ready to change. Looking within, we will perform a sound tune-up with these wheels of energy. Beginning with the Root Chakra, or Muldhara, we ground ourselves and move up through the 7 main chakra energy centers and then to the hand and feet chakras of creativity, manifestation and of walking our path. Each week offers an opening and cleansing of all the chakras and an exploration and healing on each chakra once at a time. A special tuned set of Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Voice, Bells, and other instruments are used for this sound journey.

As we tone in sacred sound healing as one, we align with the highest vibration, surrender to a deep state of relaxation, open our chakras, and gain inner awareness and bliss.  Join us for an evening of sounding and celebrating Om, the tone of all that is, with a special visit from Sound Healer and Singer Kalee Coombs known for her healing voice, and Crystal Singing Bowls. Purify and bless yourself as you chant the sacred sound of Om (or Aum) with intentional vibrations from Kalee’s voice and other sound remedies. As we tone in sacred sound healing and align with the highest vibration, we surrender to a deep state of relaxation, open our chakras and gain inner awareness and bliss.

In this experiential workshop, we will be using sound healing techniques to raise your frequency, de-stress, reduce pain, help you stay centered, and clear mental chatter. Our universe is pulsating with infinite vibrations of information that is given and received.
